Together we transformed her garden and courtyard into an intimate, event-ready sanctuary that felt as considered and layered as her interiors. The space was barely finished when JBD planned and hosted an event for 350 guests in the courtyard. The event performed beautifully and created a lasting impact on everyone in attendance. Now this property is one of the most sought-after fully furnished leases in the area.

Jenn Sumko is a fashion designer, artist, and curator who needed more than a designer. What she needed someone who could translate a world that was already hers into the right hands. Drawing from a network of female artisans and small business owners, we assembled a team whose craftsmanship and values aligned completely with her vision, producing a space that felt unmistakably hers. What started as a remodel became something more enduring. Not on;y does she get to personally enjoy this redesign, but she now has the space to host pop-up shops, launch parties, baby showers, and photoshoots, all contributing to her brand, style and a living backdrop for exactly the kind of world Jenn builds. Shelly Goodman had been sitting on one of Chandler, Arizona's most extraordinary properties for fourteen years. This 10-acre estate with a chateau, a lavender farm, and a vision for further development she could feel but couldn't yet move. That's exactly the kind of project this work was made for. Together we are navigating multi-use zoning, assembling the right team of attorneys, city planners, and community partners, and bringing to life a high-end event venue and restaurant that will make Chateau De Vie the living, breathing destination it was always meant to be.

EverScent | Brand & Channel Strategy

EverScent has built a genuinely innovative product — a whole-home fragrance system woven into the HVAC itself — and needed a network that could turn awareness into real sales. They brought me in for exactly that: the relationships and channel access to get the product into the right homes and convert introductions into revenue. Together we finalized a channel partnership and are building a placement network through my own trusted circle. We are proving the product through real homes and real results, enhancing the client experience and polishing the way this thoughtful system impacts the market.

Porter | Vacation Rentals

Elizabeth Shapiro runs Porter, a vacation rental management company, and already had a property with real potential | The MYAH. It just needed someone to bring that potential fully into view. JBD styled the space, brought on a photographer to capture it properly, and staged the kind of experiences a guest could actually have there. The directive was to document a place to remember. What started as a one-and-done project became proof of what a rental can feel like when it's treated like a destination instead of a listing.
