The Flora Collective is a monthly, in-person gathering for women building thoughtful, values-led work. It is a peer-based space centered on connection, listening, and meaningful conversation without pitching, coaching, or performance. Each gathering is lightly hosted and gently structured to support reflection and dialogue in small groups. Our role is to hold the container and set the tone, not to direct or advise. The Collective exists as a place to gather with care, be heard, and grow alongside others who value depth, integrity, and beauty.
